Pricing Continuity & Client Policy
  • Advance Payment: 50% of the total project cost must be paid before work starts. Remaining 50% payable before final delivery.
  • Price Validity: Quoted prices are valid only for the discussed scope and duration of work.
  • Work Gap Pricing: If there is a gap of more than 30 days after project completion or inactivity, new work will follow the updated price list.
  • Restarted Work: Any project resumed after a long gap (e.g., 1–2 months) will be treated as new work and pricing may vary.
  • Scope Change: Any additional requirement, new format, or change beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
  • Revision Policy: Up to 3 revisions are included. Any further changes will be billed additionally.
  • Post-Approval Changes: Once a design is approved, further modifications will be considered new work.
  • Delivery Timeline: Delivery timelines depend on timely feedback and content from the client. Delays may impact schedules and pricing.
  • Source Files: Editable source files (PSD / AI / Figma) will be shared only after full payment.
  • Ownership Rights: Final design ownership is transferred only after complete payment. Designer retains portfolio display rights.
  • Cancellation Policy: Advance payment is non-refundable once work has started.
  • Urgent Work: Fast-track or priority delivery will incur additional charges.
  • Final Authority: Pricing and timelines are subject to change based on workload and project conditions.
  • Rejected and unpaid design concepts remain the designer's property and may be showcased, reused, or resold, excluding any client-specific branding or confidential content.
